Return Policy
Please contact us at support@tea-you.com to start an exchange or return.
We offer refunds on full price items that are unworn and are sent back in their original plastic bags with all tags and hygienic liners intact within 10 days. Items that are on sale or items purchased with a promo-code can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Please read the following instructions carefully as we would like to make your exchange/return process as smooth as possible!
Terms & Conditions
- All shipments must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the order.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping and original shipping paid cannot be refunded.
- Shipments sent from outside of Canada must be processed by the country's postal service only as “ Canadian goods returning back to Canada” to avoid customs/duties charges.
- All international parcels processed incorrectly with a customs/duties/ brokerage charge will be rejected and returned to the customer. In the case that the package is delivered with a brokerage fee, the fee will be taken out of your refunded amount.
-Shipments from the United States MUST be sent back with the United States Postal Service (USPS) ONLY. Returns sent back with FedEx, UPS, DHL or any courier other than USPS will be rejected if there are customs/duties charges.

- Once we receive your exchange it may take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship out. Once exchanges are shipped out a confirmation email will be sent to you.
- If you choose to refuse the package due to customs and duties you will be responsible for the fees we incur to have the package sent back to us. The shipping you paid to have the package sent to you initially + the shipping we get charged once you refuse the package will be deducted from your original order.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 10 days of your delivery date
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that have perfume/scent of any kind, makeup/deodorant stains or is dirtied in any way.
- Be returned with original tags, packaging and hygienic liner intact and unaltered with.
- Items purchased with promo-code or on sale can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
- If you choose to return your purchase in full after having exchanged one or more items in your order, the exchange shipping fee in addition to the original shipping paid will be withheld from the refund.
- No price adjustments after your order is shipped out

- PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. If you need your order processed urgently please contact us. Please read product descriptions carefully as some items are made to order at the moment and may have longer processing times.
SHIPPING TIME - Montreal: 1-2 business days with UPS with tracking.
- Canada: 1-5 business day UPS with tracking
- USA: 2-4 business days with FedEx Express or 5 business days UPS
- International: 3-6 business days with tracking.
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
- Please track your package to make sure that if it is left at your doorstep your are there to retrieve it as soon as possible.
CUSTOMS - Orders over 800$ going to USA may be subject to a customs fee.
- Orders going to certain areas of Europe will have custom fees.
- Orders to the UK over £135 will have VAT & duty charges
- We do not cover customs clearance fees or duties your package may be subject to. Please inform yourself prior to purchasing.
- We are not responsible for packages being held at customs for whatever reason it may be.
REFUSED PACKAGES - If you refuse to pay customs clearance fee and return the package to us you will be charged the shipping fee regardless. You will also be charged the fee for the return shipping if the package is rejected. For international orders this can be up to 4 times the original shipping cost or more. If an order is rejected you will be refunded the cost of the item(s) minus the additional return shipping charge.
- ** Please note that the shipping paid at checkout already has a portion covered by us. If a package is rejected and sent back to us you will be charged the FULL shipping amount not just the portion shown at checkout.
