ALL ORDERS SENT BACK AS AN EXCHANGE MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITH THE LOCAL POST OFFICE ONLY. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE POST OFFICE MARKS DOWN IN THE PAPERWORK THAT THIS IS A RETURN (not on the package itself or it will get returned back to you). IT IS CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING BACK TO CANADA. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS AND WE GET CHARGED A CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE , WE WILL REJECT YOUR PACKAGE AND YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES.
- We do not accept any returns at the moment only exchanges.
- Items must be sent back within 7 days after delivery for an exchange.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs back to us, we pay to ship back your exchanged items.
- We do not reimburse shipping fees in any case.
- Canadian shipments will be sent out via local post office
- Exchanged items must be sent back UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED.
- Items that have been damaged or have scent on them such as deodorant stains, make-up, perfume or any scent cannot be exchanged.
- If you are unsure about an item please place them back into the plastic packaging and refrain from trying on items if you have a strong perfume/cream on.
- For exchanges please place items back into plastic packaging.
- In case of item defect or if you feel like the item was in NO WAY durable for the amount of wears please email us.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once we’ve shipped back your exchange NOT when we
- receive it. Once we ship it out we will send you a tracking number VIA FedEx for
- international shipments. Please allow up to 3 business days to process exchanges.
- If you need an exchange for a certain date please make sure it is sent back as soon as possible, you may also send us an email asking for it to be sent out immediately.
